Testing Checklist ✅

Before Going Live:

• [ ] Submit test form with all fields filled
• [ ] Submit test form with only required fields
• [ ] Check Notion database for both submissions
• [ ] Verify all data appears correctly
• [ ] Test from different devices/browsers

Common Issues & Fixes

Problem: "Zap says successful but no data in Notion" Fix: Check field name spelling in Tally - they must match Notion exactly (including spaces and capitalization)

Problem: "Some fields are empty in Notion" Fix: In Zapier, make sure you're mapping Tally fields, not just typing field names

Problem: "Dates look weird" Fix: Use Zapier's "Formatter" to convert dates to YYYY-MM-DD format

Problem: "Duplicate entries appearing" Fix: Check Zapier task history - it might be running the same submission multiple times

Problem: "Zap suddenly stopped working" Fix: Check if Tally form was edited - any field name changes break the connection

Weekly Maintenance (5 minutes)

• Check Zapier task history for errors
• Review new leads in Notion
• Update lead statuses and follow-up dates
